An Alumnus of Sri Venkateswara College (DU), Mr Satish Chopra embarked on his entrepreneurial journey in 1977 by establishing the manufacturing brand SKN-BENTEX. Over the years, through his dedication, vision and business acumen, he laid the foundation of the SKN Group of companies and continues to lead the organisation as its founder & Chairman.
With over 15 years of experience in the city gas distribution sector, Mr Chopra has been instrumental in expanding the SKN-HCGDPL network in Gurgaon, Bhiwadi & Puducherry. His farsighted leadership, strategic vision and dynamic management style have enabled the company to achieve sustained growth and operational excellence.
Known for his strong work ethic and commitment to innovation, Mr Satish Chopra believes in building businesses with long-term value and integrity. Under his guidance, the organisation has earned a reputation for reliability, professionalism and customer-centric service.

A graduate in Chemical Engineering and Business Administration from Drexel University, USA, Mr Karan Chopra joined the organisation in 2010 as CEO. With a progressive vision and good leadership capability, he plays a key role in strengthening and expanding the company's infrastructure and operational network.
Combining technical expertise with strategic business insight, Mr Karan Chopra has successfully led the organisation towards achieving new milestones in SKN-HCGDPL project expansion across Gurugram, Bhiwadi & Puducherry. His innovative approach, commitment to excellence and ability to lead high-performing teams has contributed significantly to the company's sustained growth & success. Under his leadership, the company continues to focus on operational efficiency, technological advancement and customer-centric development, reinforcing its position as a trusted name in the industry.
