Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Security Deposit Refund:

• The total security deposit payable by the customer is ₹9,750, comprising:
  • ₹9,000 refundable security deposit
  • ₹750 non-refundable application processing charges
• The ₹750 non-refundable portion covers application processing charges and is not eligible for a refund.
• The ₹9,000 refundable portion is subject to the applicable area-specific terms and conditions.
• Eligible refunds of the refundable security deposit will be processed to the customer's wallet as per the applicable area policy.

2. Gas Consumption Invoice Amount:

• The gas consumption invoice amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring the proper and timely payment of gas consumption bills.
• In case of non-receipt of the bi-monthly bill, customers are obligated to obtain a duplicate copy from the supplier.

3. Meter Reading Discrepancies:

• In the case of meter reading discrepancies, necessary adjustments will be made to the customer's bill, as applicable.
• However, the gas consumption invoice amount itself remains non-refundable.

4. Modification Charges Refund:

• If a customer-initiated modification request cannot be fulfilled, the applicable non-refundable modification charges will not be refunded.

5. Dishonored Banking Instrument:

• Administrative charges for dishonored banking instruments are non-refundable.
• Any additional costs incurred due to dishonored transactions will be borne by the customer.

6. Cancellation:

If a customer desires to cancel the PNG connection, a written request must be submitted along with the original receipts of payment made towards the refundable security deposit.

The refundable security deposit will be released after deducting the final bill amount and any other outstanding dues, if applicable, and after taking the meter and/or other fittings into the safe custody of the supplier.

7. Wallet Refund Process:

• Refunds, where applicable, will be limited to the refundable portion of the security deposit, i.e., ₹9,000, subject to applicable deductions and area-specific terms and conditions.
• The ₹750 application processing charges are non-refundable.
• Eligible refunds will be processed to the customer's wallet.
• The wallet balance can be utilized for future transactions or withdrawn upon customer request, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

By accepting these terms and conditions, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the total security deposit is ₹9,750, comprising a ₹9,000 refundable security deposit and ₹750 non-refundable application processing charges. The gas consumption invoice amount is non-refundable, and any applicable refund is restricted to the refundable portion of the security deposit, subject to the specific conditions of the applicable area.
